Our loft homes are equipped with telephones for local and collect calling and free Internet and cable flat screen LCD TV in each room. Most of the area condos have only one conventional 20 inchTV and no phone or internet.

It has a waterfall, ranch and play set for the kids.

Each of our Apartments comes equiped with at

least one bike. Additional bikes can be rented for around $45 per month.

Professional offices and one of 2 great mini-marts in walking distance..

They also carry less essential items such as chips

and dip, milk, bread, eggs and deli stuff.

Some units in the area in which you might have an interest in renting do no have air conditioning, ceiling fans, hot water, or cabinets under the kitchen sink. Many of the units have the most basic white ceramic or plastic light fixtures. Our apartments include all of the above and nicer light fixtures. When most of the units were built, these items were options and it was up to the original buyers to include them or install them later.

You will have a laundry room with washer, dryer, and a utility sink located right behind the pool house and ranch patio. There is a mini mall just inside the gates to the subdivision. This commercial area has an Internet café, video rental store, professional offices, an Italian restaurant, a small furniture and interior design studio, and a mini mart that has all the essentials like beer, wine, liquor, cigars, cigarettes and a small deli.

In the town of Coco, among other things, you will find two pharmacies each with a doctor on duty, a supermarket, a bank, a large hardware store, a health spa, taxi service and at least two bicycle shops. Upstairs in the supermarket you will find a computer shop, unisex hair stylist, a stationary store, and several other specialty shops. Back on the main street, you will find bars and restaurants of all description, tour operators offices, the usual souvenir stores and a fresh bread bakery called Musmani (don’t miss this bread). If you enjoy gambling, there is a small casino, hotel restaurant and bar called Coco Verde. I do not like to gamble but I like the view of the sights from the front terrace.

If you cannot stay for a month, pay for a month and check out early. You will spend less than you would on a hotel and be much more comfortable.

If you rent our studio for $575.00 per month or one of our loft for $550.00 per week $749.00 for up to 2weeks or $798.00 and stay up to thirty days. We have no other fees and taxes are included. You will spend less you would on a hotel for two weeks.
