This is our Penon Del Sol loft #31 was schedualed be completed by mid March 2008. Because of delays the compleation date is looking nore like mid October 2009.The floor plan and construction will be exactly like that of our other Loft condos. If you are looking for a place to start your retirement this may be just the place. If you are interested in a 1-year lease we will rent it for $779.00 per month. We plan for this to include condo fees, cable TV, high speed Internet, water, and electric. We will include an Atlas stove and refrigerator, airconditioning, hot water heater, screens, vertical blinds, light fixtures, three ceiling fans, medicine cabinet, and kitchen cabinets. This will be a nice place to stay while you build or buy your own home. This condo sits up on a hill and overlooks a small valley. These Ocotal resort is just off in the distance. The beach is just a short but healthy walk away.

Penon Del Sol is located about 1000 feet farther from Ocotal Beach than our studios, so it is about 2000 feet from the beach. That makes it closer to town. We recommend that you plan to have a car or some form of transportation if you live in this condo. Golf carts, quad ATVs and of course motor scooters are street legal and very popular here.

If the idea of designing your own kitchen appeals to you, we will give you a budget and work with you in putting in the kitchen you want. In the mean time we will place these temporary cabinet’s in the unit until yours are built and installed. This usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.

If you prefer to furnish the place yourself, we can rent it to you unfurnished and adjust the price.

The floor tile will be the same as shown in this photo. We have found that this tile is the easiest to clean and to match in case of damage.
