Here is how it works.
Fill in the request availability form below and click the submit button. Include the dates you are interested in, the name
of the property you wish to rent (studio #60 "Little Dreams" or "loft at Valle Escondido #3 or #4" and the number of people
in your party. Please do not send any deposit money until you have a confirmation.
We will reply with confirmation of availability and a copy of our rental agreements. These agreements are also available
to view and or download via a link on this web site.
Once you have reviewed our agreement for the unit you are interested in, you may sign it and return it to us by either
scanning/emailing it to:

We will then e-mail you a confirmation. When you receive the confirmation, you will need to confirm your reservation within
72 hours by paying the $500.00 security deposit outlined in the rental agreement, or the time you have requested will be released.
We will not refund your deposit if you cancel your reservation less than 45 days prior to the first day of your reservation.
If you cancel your reservation 45 days or more prior to check in you will be charged a $40.00 administration fee.
Your total reservation / security deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after your checkout date, provided that you
have fulfilled of the terms of the rental agreement.
The payment of your security deposit may be made by any major credit card via Pay Pal by clicking the security deposit
Pay Pal link below or by direct deposit to USA Bank our Costa Rican Bank account. (Account information provided on request.)
Your first months rental payment may be paid in advance by check if on a bank in the United States and received by us prior
to check in. You may also prepay via credit card using Pay Pal and this web site. If you wish to pay your rental payment once
you are in Costa Rica you must pay in cash in U.S. currency to our check in agent. We do not accept credit cards once
you are in Costa Rica. You can still pay your rental payments through this web site but that would mean going to a local Internet
cafe the day of check in order to do so and that may be inconvenient. Subsequent rental payments may be made through our web
site or deposited in the local bank in Costa Rica. Incidentally most American ATM cards work in Costa Rica however withdrawals
may be limited to less than $300.00 per day.
